国外报到
抵达留学所在国后到哪里报到？如何办理报到手续?有什么规定？
答： 按照《资助出国留学协议书》规定，留学人员自抵达留学所在国后十日内凭《报到证》向中国驻留学所在国使（领）馆办理报到手续。如本人不能及时亲自前往，可先以电话、电邮或信件方式报到。并于一个月内将入学证明、居住地址、银行账号告知使（领）馆。变更留学单位者，抵达新的留学单位后，应于十日内向现所属有关使（领）馆报告，由原属使（领）馆将有关情况和材料转告现所属使（领）馆。
留学人员需按规定填写《国家公派出国留学人员学习/研修情况报告表》，向使（领）馆和国内推选单位书面报告留学情况。
注意：驻外教育处（组）将逐步启用“信息平台”，请留学人员及时登录驻外教育处（组）网站掌握当地教育处（组）的管理、服务措施。
