免费拿药主要的条件是：年龄未满十六岁;年龄在十六到十八岁之间而且还在上学;你年龄满六十岁;你是孕妇或者在过去十二个月生孩子;你身体状态为比较弱或者有障碍。
因此，一般人是享受不到免费拿药的优待的。
