房子的类型有：公寓flat, apartment, 学生宿舍dormitory (dorm) , 学生旅店student hostel, 青年旅店youth hostel ，还有一种叫留宿当地居民家里homestay.
一般房子有的家电或设施有：

床上用品及其他物品有：

租房的规律为：
离市中心越近，房价越高，位置稍偏，价钱会比较有吸引力;但便宜的房子一般有不理想的地方：
