Responsibilities:
1. Assist recruiter in daily recruiting activities: such as screening resumes, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews etc;
2. Maintain E-recruiting system and consolidate recruiting status report;
3. Other assigned tasks
Requirements:
1. Good communication skill, can work at least 4 days per week.
2. Good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
3. Excellent spoken and written English;
4. Great passion and interests for HR work and dedicate the whole career to HR filed.
5. Able to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge about HR operation is preferred but not necessary.
Duration: 4 days/week, 6 months
Location: Zhangjiang High Tech., Shanghai
