2021考研英语：写作强化阶段的注意事项

通过审题五步法可以确定2016年小作文考察的应用文类型是书信，但是寻找关键词可以发现，题干中的关键词有congratulate,ask for advice,thank,reply四个关键词，说明这篇小作文是一篇复合型的应用文。遇到这种情况不要慌张，我们需要在强化阶段的基础上增加做题步骤。
首先审题还是五步法：1)应用文类型 2)书信类型 3)称呼 4)内容 5)署名，但是在确定书信内容时不能仅仅通过关键词来确定，需要结合考研试题中题干的内容确定书信内容。混合书信在考研试题中较难，英语二历年考察了三次，分别是10年的感谢信+邀请信，11年祝贺信+建议信，最后就是16年的这封信回复信，回复的是感谢信+建议信。可以发现复合的基本上是情感类+实用类，同学们需要注意，一般复合书信主要内容以第二种书信为主，也就是题干中括号2的内容。
第二步是整理信息要点，信息要点的整理需要分为两步走。首先回顾题干中要求的所有书信的信息要点并写在草稿纸上，然后根据题干要求整理每一个信息要点，看每段的每个信息要点是否可以用，把整理出来的信息要点写下来。这篇文章的信息要点需要回顾感谢信和建议信。
感谢信的信息要点：表达情感，简述事由;具体经过，自身感受;再表情感，表示期待。
建议信的信息要点：表示相关，表扬在先，建议在后;具体建议，附加原因;表示期待。
整理需要的信息要点，对于别人的祝贺肯定需要表达感谢，也要说一下因为什么感谢，第一段还要写出写信的另一个目的：提出建议。所以第一段：表达情感，简述事由，建议在后。第二段就完全按照建议信的第二段写：具体建议，附加原因。最后一段需要再次表示感谢，最后表示期待。这样一来，整个书信的信息要点就整理出来了。
最后一步语言表达也需要分为两步。第一，根据所整理的信息要点回顾背过的语言表达，并且默写到草稿纸上。第二，把空缺的语言表达填写并且工整地抄写到答题卡上。回顾语言表达：

Firstly, it would be greatly appreciated if you could......,because.....Moreover,......so it is advisable for you to put emphasis on......

接下来，只需要把空缺的内容填上就可以了，但是需要注意，看看默写的语言是否合适，这里面默写的语言就有一句不合适，Firstly, it would be greatly appreciated if you could......可以把appreciated改成helpful/practical。
