　　过户费用(Closing costs)

　　这是除了房子购买价格外的额外费用，如律师费和过户费等。这个费用要在过户当天支付，约为售价的1.5%到4%.

　　有条件购买合约(Conditional offer)

入住那天，一大早就到了新房，进屋四处转转，嘿！舒坦！一楼一进门是一个过道，左手边是一个卫生间和上楼的楼梯，右手边是厨房。过道正对着一个满大的厅。大厅的外面是一个阳台。站在阳台上，楼背后是一片尚未开发的空地，远处还有一片树林。嗯，view不错！上了楼梯，楼上是三个卧室，主卧里有一个带浴室的卫生间，楼梯旁还有一个带浴室的卫生间。除了厨房和卫生间的地板铺有瓷砖以外，所有地面包括楼梯都铺上了地毯。

哦，还有一个楼梯通向地下室。因房子修在坡上，地下室一半在地下，一半在地上。推门走出地下室就来到了后院。这叫walkoutbasement(走出型地下室)，是加拿大人最喜欢的。地下室里还配有洗衣房。

哎呀，多好的房子呀！可惜，当时也没想到现在会写博客，居然没留下什么照片。

很快，送家具的来了。最先来的席梦思床垫，是我们从加拿大最大的床上用品制造和销售商SleepCountryCanada买来的。人家真的很专业，送货的人按照法律是必须穿劳保鞋的，所以即使搬家具进屋，鞋也是不脱的。可人家就用塑料袋把鞋给包上了，以保证不踩脏您家的地。态度极好，您让他们摆哪，人家就摆哪。一句话，没挑！

都快到中午了，家里人也饿了，做点东西吃吧。可咱的餐桌怎么还不来呢？没餐桌，咱跟哪吃呀！正急着呢，嘿！餐桌和椅子真来了！

这套家具是我们从加拿大最大的家具公司之一TheBrick订的。送货的人可没人家SleepCountryCanada的人规矩，穿着脏乎乎的鞋就进来了。问他们为什么不套塑料袋，人家不客气地说，我们没这个规矩。这就罢了，地毯脏了咱自己清理，可他们把东西往家里一放就想走人，我就不高兴了。“哎。。。你们怎么也不负责安装呀？”“安装工具和螺钉螺母都在包装里呢。我们不负责安装，你可以自己装！”说完，他们走了。什么事呀！好歹你们也是加拿大最大的家具公司之一嘛，这服务也忒差劲了吧！
