思路一：一边倒支持
在学习上，现在的学生学习方式和几十年前大不一样，何况很多祖辈的人都没有上过学，所以这方面他们无法给出有用的建议;
在工作上，几十年前工作都是直接分配好的，祖辈们也无法体会现在的年轻人所面临着巨大的工作压力，当然他们也无法理解现在的年轻人在找工作的时候更加强调自身的兴趣等等，所以他们自然也就无非给出有用的建议;
生活上，随着技术的进步、生活条件的改善、和教育的发展，现在的年轻人的生活跟几十年前相比也大不相同，老一辈人无法理解现在年轻人的生活方式、消费理念、甚至是价值观等等，所以这方面最好也不要听他们的建议。
思路二：一边倒反对
生活上无论生活方式怎么变化，有些基本的道理是不变的，比如老一辈人可能比较推崇的勤劳、节俭、善良等等美德现在依然还是试用的。
工作上其实老一辈人有些建议也是非常值得我们学习的，比如干一行爱一行，比如奉献精神，另外年轻人也可以像老年人学习如何跟同事相处、如何处理工作中遇到的困难等等。
