2016年12月3号雅思作文TASK 2:Some countries achieve international sporting success by building specialized facilities that can be only used to train top athletes instead of providing facilities that everyone can use. Is this a positive or negative development?
一些国家为了取得国际赛事的成功，只提供顶尖运动员训练的专门设备，而不是提供人人皆能使用的体育设备，你认为这是个好还是不好的发展?
解析：
今年的考题趋势： 老题翻新 新题极少(2016. 2.27/ 10.13) 题型频率维稳。果然，此次考题是2014年7月10号的原题，属于政府范畴类，一般涉及此类话题，基本是关于政府出钱投资类的方向，比如政府付学费，政府对于医疗、艺术的投资，或者保护传统建筑等，本题主要考量的是政府对于体育运动的投资，是着眼于少部分还是施惠于大众。
这道题目是“利弊类”话题，最好采用双边讨论的方法，即谈“利”和“弊”，然后给出自己的倾向。
结构：沿用我一贯提倡的A+(支持面) B+/B-(对立面提出一个观点，然后进行反驳)的结构模式
P1: 引入话题+立场( drawbacks outweigh the benefits)
P2: 弊(支持面)：

综合写作：Anglor 是一个着名的城市，但是它在1500之后人口decline了， 文章给出了三个decline的原因： 1. 因为有大量财富，吸引了很多invader， 不断的invade 最终有Thai Kingdom占领了这个城市。导致城市decline 2. 因为religious的改变。 原来的国王信仰叫做“god of kings” 就建了很多temple， 后来变成了Buddhism， temple就less important了， 最后城市就被abandon了 3. 因为一次1500年很长时间的干旱，都没吃的了。 人们最后走了去找吃的了。
lecture： 全盘否定：1。 作为一个invader， 占领城市的第一件事情不是drive everybody out 而是just took the city and keep the population。 这是recover经济的根本。 2. 在那个时期，还有很多其他的信仰 overlapped在这个城市， 这么多年都过去了，不能说buddhism就是原因。 3. 有example表明，在1500之前 1200年左右，有一次更长 更严重的干旱，湖边的water plant都变成drought plant了 但是城市依然存活下来。 独立作文：Do you agree or disagree with the statement: It's much easier to achieve success without help from one's family than in the past.

Distance learning and online computer classes should replace classroom learning. Agree or disagree？
With the advent of computer technology， especially the internet， more and more students choose to take their courses online for a brand-new learning experience. On the other hand， the traditional classroom learning seems to be facing more challenges. Is online education feasible？ Yes. And probably good as well. Will classroom learning be displaced？ I believe not.
To be frank， online education provides fresh learning experience unheard of before. The most distinct benefit comes from a flexible schedule. Students， especially adults with part-time jobs or even full-time jobs， take full advantage of this point. They are now free to choose any program that fits into their daily schedule. Compared with the traditional idea of “going to school”， this is better illustrated as “the school is going to you”. Another obvious advantage is the multi-media learning platform. Computer technology promises vivid short plays， detailed lectures and even games designed for the course， all of which appeal to students a great deal.
