远程办公的弊端：
1. 比之远程办公，来自于办公室的限制和来自同事的压力能刺激员工更加努力地工作，提高工作效率。相反，远程办公者很可能出现工作的懒散和懈怠，因此，效率较低。
2. 在家办公，因为没有交流的对象，人会变得孤独和自闭，在社交方面力不从心，更没有办法建立良好的人脉资源，而这些对于人的职员生涯的发展恰恰是有利好的。相反，办公室办公才能培养健康的人际关系以及带来更多的工作乐趣，和谐的人际关系。
远程办公的利好：
1. 远程办公对于老板有利好，因为他可以节省经济成本，因为不用租用办公场地以及支付坐班工资，但是，这样的经营模式很难培养集体凝聚力，增强员工的归属感。
2. 远程办公对于职员有利好，具体而言，他们不必往返，工作时间灵活，也许幸福感更强，因为远程办公有效地克服了地理的障碍以及节省了时间成本。但是，远程办公对于职员的自律性要求极高，不是人人适合远程办公。

对雅思议论文题目的理解，以确定其后的写作切入点及论述展开方向的思维过程称为审题。这个问题看似容易，以为只要题目中没有生词，能读懂(这里是指表层意义上的“读懂”，而非真正的读懂)，就不成为问题了。实际上并非那么简单，这是一开始就决定性的一步，这步一走偏，整篇文章的论述方向就偏歪，即跑题了。环球雅思分析认为，审题不当主要表现在以下几个方面。
一、对题目中的关键词视而不见，凭想当然
不少同学对题目没仔细读清楚，看漏了或者虽然看到但没注意一些关键的字眼，而这些字眼往往是决定了文章的论述方向的。考生在没考虑到这些字词所规定的条件情况下，靠想当然的按自己的一套下笔洋洋洒洒写下去，结果自然是离题了。
例如：
Air transport is increasingly used to export types of fruits and vegetables to countries where they cannot be grown or are out of season. Some people say it is a good thing， but other people think it can’t be justified. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
许多同学没有扣住Air transport来议论，只是泛泛地说增加出口(水果蔬菜)可带来的益处，如创造外汇收入，促进经济发展，提高GDP云云。题目说明了是Air transport，那就应该重点从空运被日益用来出口水果蔬菜的好处来论述，比如速度快了，最大限度地提高了保鲜程度，减少了腐烂变质的损耗，让商品的质量更有保障，更好地满足了进口国消费者的需求;另外，空运的运输订单增多了，也促进了航空业的兴旺发展等等，这是赞同方的主要理由。而反对方的主要依据是空运使运输成本大大升高，导致在当地的零售价会上升，这样反而抑制了销量;此外，空运航班增多，增加了温室气体的排放，据估算，从新西兰空运水果去英国，每运送一公斤，就要向大气排放约相当于5公斤的温室气体。像这样按照题目所规定的条件和情况去论述，才能有的放矢，切中要害。
再如：Nowadays sending children to boarding schools is becoming increasingly popular. What is the reason? Do you think it is a positive development?
这道题目问两个问题，第一个问的是产生这种现象的原因，第二个问这是否是一种正面的现象。结果许多同学回答时，视而不见题目规定的前提“nowadays”，“is becoming increasingly popular”，在找原因时只是按一般的事理去说，没有结合“nowadays”的特点去分析。比如，只是说把孩子送到寄宿学校可以培养他们的独立性和自理能力，可以让他们更专心于学习，少受其他因素的干扰等，却没有结合今天的时代特...
